Please choose a school to register. The registration form, once completed, will be emailed to the school.
- Fill in all relevant information on the form. There are several mandatory fields that must be completed in order for you to be able to submit the form.
- Select Submit at the end of the form.
- The form will be emailed to the school. You will receive a confirmation email (if you entered a valid email address in the form) that the registration has been sent to the school.
- You will be required to sign the form during your next visit to the school. You must also provide to the school the applicable documents to support the student’s legal name, birthdate, and citizenship.

The primary mandate of Catholic Schools is to provide a faith-based Catholic Education for families of the minority faith (Catholic). However, in alignment with our belief that Catholicity is inclusive, both Catholic and non-Catholic students shall be admitted to Lloydminster Catholic School Division upon meeting the following criteria: Prospective students and their parents must agree to follow the policies, procedures and practices of the Lloydminster Catholic School Division. This expectation applies to faith-related activities in particular, but may also apply to any action where beliefs in the school division differ from those of the general public.
